Privacy Policy — PoopDiary

Yuta Endo ("the Developer") respects the privacy of users of the iOS application "PoopDiary" (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App handles.

Information we collect

Data you enter in the App (your records and similar content) is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to the Developer's servers.

However, the App uses third-party SDKs for advertising and usage analytics (described below). Through these SDKs, device identifiers (such as IDFA), device type, OS version, approximate location (estimated from IP address), and in-app events may be collected.

Sharing with third parties

The App may share information with the following services for advertising and usage analytics. Beyond the purposes described below, the App does not share user information with third parties.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), device information, and approximate location for ad optimization and fraud prevention. Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

The App uses Firebase Analytics provided by Google for usage analytics and improvement. Firebase Analytics collects in-app events, device information, and approximate location, and processes them statistically. The Developer cannot access this information in a form that identifies individual users. For details, see the Firebase Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

App Tracking Transparency

The App shows the iOS "App Tracking Transparency" permission dialog. If you do not grant permission, non-personalized ads will be shown, but the main features of the App will remain available. You can change your decision at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
