Yuta Endo ("the Developer") respects the privacy of users of the iOS application "HSNote - Hierarchical storage" (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App handles.

The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or location. All data entered in the App is stored solely on the user's device and is never transmitted to the Developer's servers.

Analytics

The App may use standard crash reports and App Store Connect statistics provided by Apple. These are processed anonymously in accordance with Apple's privacy policy, and the Developer cannot access them in a way that identifies individual users.

Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

The Developer makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
